Drill rods compatible with the Ditch Witch JT2720 / JT3020
The JT2720 and JT3020 offer two sizes within one rod family: the standard JT2720 uses a 60 mm body with a 70 mm tool joint, while the JT2720M1 and JT3020M1 move up to a 68 mm body with a 76 mm tool joint. Torque limits are 6.772 Nm and 7.000 Nm respectively.

Why these figures matter
The most common mistake in this family is mixing rods between M1 and non-M1 series. There is an 8 mm difference between the 60 mm and 68 mm bodies, and the rod box will not take it. Confirm your exact model code before ordering.
